Everyone gets their own corner
Give each item to a person or put it under Shared. One sunscreen for the whole family stays one item. Filter by person to see exactly what’s left for each of them.
For whoever packs for everyone
Packkin keeps every traveler’s things, the shared stuff and the jobs to do before you leave in one calm checklist. Then it remembers your best lists, so the next trip starts almost done.

Go on, tap a few items. Try the filters too.
Notes on your phone, a list on the fridge, a mental checklist at 11pm the night before. Packkin replaces all of them with one list that knows who each thing is for.
“Did anyone pack the charger?”
Every item has an owner, or lives under Shared, so nothing falls between two suitcases.
“I wrote this list last summer…”
Save a trip as a template and next year starts from the list that actually worked.
“Which bag is the sunscreen in?”
Give items a bag, then filter to see exactly what goes in the cabin bag.
“Did we turn off the water?”
Departure tasks get their own checklist, right next to your packing.
Pick an editable starter list, a template you saved last time, or a blank page. Name the trip and add dates if you like.
Add the people coming along. Each item belongs to one person or to Shared, and can go in a named bag.
Tick items off whenever you get to them. Filter by person or bag, hide what’s done and see what’s still missing.
After you’re home, save the trip as a template. Next time starts from your own list, with every checkmark cleared.
Solo weekends, trips for two, or three kids and a grandparent. Packkin bends to fit.
Give each item to a person or put it under Shared. One sunscreen for the whole family stays one item. Filter by person to see exactly what’s left for each of them.
The jobs that aren’t things to pack, kept on their own checklist.
Save any trip as a template. New trips copy it with fresh checkmarks; your template stays untouched.
Name your bags and assign items. Or skip it; a simple list works fine too.
Send a PDF or text copy of the whole trip, or just one person’s things, to the grandparents or the babysitter.
Everything lives on your phone. No sign-up, no signal needed.
Export a full backup, preview it before restoring, and move to a new phone.

You’ll open Packkin a few times a year, a few days before you leave. It doesn’t need your attention the rest of the time, so it doesn’t ask for it.

No. Packkin saves everything on your phone and the whole packing workflow works offline. There is nothing to sign up for.
Not yet. Today one person manages the list on one device. You can share a PDF or text snapshot so everyone can see the plan, but changes on a shared copy don’t sync back. Live family sync is something we’d like to build later; it isn’t in the app now.
No. Packkin is free to download, and unlimited trips and templates are a one-time in-app purchase of US $4.99 (local prices may differ). Nothing renews and there are no ads.
As many as you like. The free version has no limit on travelers, bags, items or tasks; the only limits are on how many trips and templates you keep.
Yes, inside one trip. Add each child as a traveler and their things stay together: filter the list to one child, see what’s still missing for them, or share just their items as a PDF. Things everyone needs go under Shared.
A note is one long list; Packkin knows who each item is for and which bag it goes in. You can filter by person or bag, see what’s still missing, keep departure tasks on their own checklist, and save the trip as a template that starts fresh next time.
One active trip, one archived trip and one personal template, with no limits on travelers, bags, items or tasks. Sharing, PDF export and backups are free too.
Nothing gets deleted or replaced for you. You can unlock unlimited trips and templates with a one-time purchase, or delete an old trip yourself to free the slot.
Export a full backup from Settings and keep the file somewhere safe. You can restore it on the same or a new phone, and Packkin shows you what’s inside before replacing anything. There is no automatic cloud backup, so make a backup before you change phones.
Packkin is on Android through Google Play first. We’ll add an App Store link here when the iPhone version is ready.
Start your next trip’s list tonight. It’s free, and it’ll still be there for the one after.
